Return & Damage Policy

  3. Transit Damage

    • If the product is damaged more than 50% during transit, a return or replacement will be initiated after verification.

    • In case of minor damage that can be repaired or rectified, we will arrange repair or replacement of affected parts, as deemed appropriate.

Important Notes

  • Any issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos for assessment.

  • Products showing signs of use, installation, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

  • Our team reserves the right to inspect and verify the claim before approving a return, replacement, or repair.

Delivery Policy

Delivery Scope

  • All deliveries are strictly limited to ground-floor delivery only.

  • Customers are requested to ensure easy ground-floor access at the delivery location.

  • If upper-floor delivery is required, customers must arrange a service lift or ground-floor pickup in advance before placing the order.

Shipping & Tracking

  • We work with reliable and trusted shipping partners to minimize transit-related issues.

  • While most shipments include tracking facilities, some delivery partners may not provide real-time tracking.

  • In such cases, our team will share delivery updates manually with the customer to keep them informed of the shipment status.

  • Delivery timelines may be affected by factors such as location, weather conditions, transportation restrictions, or unforeseen logistical delays.

  • Any special delivery requirements must be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
