Materials & Quality
Designed to deliver reliable quality, responsible sourcing, and refined craftsmanship, each product reflects a commitment to durability, safety, and timeless design. The solid wood used is naturally grown, carefully sawn into required sizes, and chemically treated, seasoned, and termite-free. Selected planks are chosen to minimize knots and cracks, with controlled moisture levels to reduce cracking, warping, bending, and movement—ensuring long-term strength, stability, and elegant performance. Every piece is handcrafted by highly skilled carpenters, with precision engineering to successfully meet load tests, fall tests, stability, and balance requirements.
Wherever metal components are used, they are smoothly ground and rounded to eliminate sharp edges and are finished with rust-proof coatings. All chemicals and finishes used are tested and certified toxic-free, compliant with international safety regulations, including California Proposition 65 (Prop 65) standards for chemical and hazardous material safety.
Packaging & Transit Safety
For secure global transit, we use export-grade packaging that combines biodegradable materials and reusable plastics. Products are individually wrapped using single-use protective foam, bubble wrap, and reinforced corner guards, and packed in size- and weight-appropriate cartons for safe handling. All packaging systems are drop-test approved, ensuring maximum protection during transportation while reducing environmental impact.
Product Care
- To preserve, clean, and revive the natural shine of your wooden furniture, we recommend regular cleaning with a soft dust remover or dry cloth.
- To extend the life and finish of the product, periodic maintenance on a monthly basis is advised.
- Avoid allowing water or other liquids to pool, collect, or remain in contact with the wood for extended periods.
- Any spills should be wiped away immediately to prevent staining or surface damage.
- Never use abrasive cleaners, chlorinated products, strong degreasers, or linseed oil, as these can clog the wood surface, darken the finish, and damage the protective coating.
- With proper care and routine maintenance, your furniture will retain its beauty, strength, and finish over time.
